Tommy Ellis London was founded in 2014, with the mission to bring quality leather products, mainly manufactured in Italy, to its customers. Our target market is the buyer who wants good quality products, but at affordable prices. We search the wholesale markets for good-quality, up and coming designer brands that are still affordable. We feel bags and other leather accessories are investments that should be loved and cherished by their owners.

RETURNS
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However should you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund once you return the item within 28 days after the day the item is received. Please ensure you let us know you wish to return your item up to 14 days from receipt of your purchase and return it within 28 days of receipt. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if the item is returned after 28 days.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags intact if applicable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
