Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping

 

We offer free shipping on all purchases within Europe. Orders made before 4pm Mon-Fri will usually be dispatched on the next working day. Items purchased between 4pm Friday and Sunday, will be dispatched on the following Monday.

All items are sent using Standard Delivery service; however you may request express delivery at the cost of £9.99.

 

 

Returning a product for exchange or refund

 

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However should you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund once you return the item within 28 days after the day the item is received. Please ensure you let us know you wish to return your item up to 14 days from receipt of your purchase and return it within 28 days of receipt.  Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if the item is returned after 28 days.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags intact if applicable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns should be addressed to: Tommy Ellis London, 145-157 St John St, London EC1V 4PW.  Please note we will not accept returns that are scratched, damaged or not with tags and in their original packaging. We advise customers to return all items using recorded or tracked delivery. Please note that unless an item is damaged in transit, we will not be able to re-inburse postage costs.

 

Damaged or defective items

 

In the unlikely event that a product you have purchased is damaged during transit, please let us know within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us in the first instance on 07548938455. The item should then be shipped to: Tommy Ellis London, 145-157 St John St, London EC1V 4PW. Please return any damaged items by recorded delivery - we will refund/exchange the item, including postage cost. Please note we would need receipts/proof of purchase.

 

Cancellation

 

You have the right to cancel your order, in line wiht the Customer Protection Distance Selling Regulation 2000. If the item has already been dispatched or delivered, you may cancel the item up to 7 working days after you receive the product. Following this, please follow our returns procedure which is set out above, for a refund. Please ensure you return your item using recorded or tracked delivery. Unfortunately we will not be able to re-inburse your postage costs.
