Should you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund once you return the item within 14 days after the day the item is received. If 14 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags intact if applicable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The item/s should be returned unused, undamaged and with the original packaging and tags intact and within 14 days of purchase. Please note we will not accept returns that are scratched, damaged or not with tags and in their original packaging.
